The Wisconsin Museum of Quilts and Fiber Arts in Cedarburg , WI is presenting this show in which 33 of my quilts are displayed. There are also 35 quilts made by students of mine over the past few years. The exhibit includes works by Luella Doss and Robin Fleming, sculptured birds, woven birds by Mary Burns, a book and quilts of the birds in the everglades by Sue Van Wassenhove and many other interesting displays regarding our winged friends.
Riveredge is joining the museum on January 13, 2013 to present "All About Owls" and on February 17 "Songbirds. These are family fun days with crafts for everyone.
I will be teaching classes at the museum on February12, hand applique and March 12, a fused appliqued wall hanging.
There will be an artist reception on January 27 from noon to four.
